Professor Dr Reiko Okamoto RN, PHN, PhD

Reiko is the President of the Japan Academy of Public Health Nursing and ​Professor at the Section of Public Health Nursing, Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan. She has worked as a public health nurse in public health centers.

Her recent research focuses on "Public health nursing art and science development, dissemination, and evaluation”, and “Implementation science of evidence-based health programs and policies”.

​

She acted as the chairperson of the 6th International Conference of Global Network of Public Health Nursing (GNPHN) in Japan on January 2022.
